Abstract
The article analyzes the most famous cyber attacks on targets in Saudi Arabia and general approaches to victimological prevention of cyber crimes in this country. The Kingdom has lately been showing excellent results in cyber risk mitigation. Today, it is actively implementing plans developed within Vision 2030 and the National Cybersecurity Strategy 2020. The created mechanisms facilitate inter-sectoral cooperation and small government machinery makes it possible to implement the unified policy.
