Abstract
Based on the analysis of regional legislation, the article conducts a study of state incentives in the Subjects of the Russian Federation. Due to the fact that state encouragement is carried out in various forms, including material and moral incentives, the specifics of the award system of the Subject of the Russian Federation as a subject of regulation of award Law are established. It is concluded that the award system of the Subject of the Russian Federation includes precisely the awards of the Subject as objects of the material world, as well as the award Law of the Subject of the Russian Federation regulating the establishment, assignment, awarding and deprivation of awards in the Subjects of the Russian Federation.
