The most important of them are: attention to breathing (emphasis is on breathing control, breathing is used to achieve deep relaxation and reduce stress levels); meditative aspect (the practice of deep relaxation is often combined with meditation techniques, which allows to reduce mental stress and increase the level of consciousness); conscious feeling of the body and attention to muscle relaxation (during practice, attention is paid to sensations in different parts of the body, one of the main aspects is muscle relaxation); focus on the energy system (some systems, such as yoga, affect the body's energy system), etc. The article provides that the inclusion of yoga in the school program can contribute to the creation of a more favorable environment for the learning and development of each child. The practice of yoga promotes the development of selfawareness and emotional intelligence. Students learn to respond more effectively to their own emotions and feel the connection between their body and mind. Incorporating yoga into the school curriculum can lead to improvements in the physical, mental and emotional health of students. Incorporating wellness practices and deep relaxation into the school curriculum can help students develop self-regulation skills, improve psychophysical health, and improve academic performance. These practices not only provide benefits for students' physical and emotional health, but also provide a foundation for a healthy lifestyle that they can continue after school.
