Abstract

This study performed an analysis of mediating effect of job burnout and self-efficacy betweensupervision and job satisfaction of social workers in senior welfare centers. A survey wasconducted on 291 social workers working at 19 senior welfare centers in Daejeon andChungcheongnam-do from January 3 to 28, 2022. The collected questionnaires were analyzedusing SPSS and AMOS 18.0 program, and main analysis methods were confirmatory factoranalysis and bootstrap test. The analysis results are as follows: First, social workers’ supervisionhad an effect on job satisfaction. Second, mediating effect of job burnout and self-efficacy wasverified in the relationship. Some measures were suggested to improve the job satisfaction ofsocial workers in the centers and to raise the level of leisure services.
