Abstract
The article analyzes the factors of formation and development of the system of motivation for the professional activity of personnel, considers the features of the institutional development of the system of motivation for the professional activity of personnel of the Center for Public Services “My Documents” in the Cheryomushki district of Moscow. An analysis of the practice of the system for managing the motivation of professional activity of personnel of the Center for Public Services “My Documents” in the Cheryomushki district of Moscow, and the factors of its deprofessionalization are presented. A set of measures has been determined to level out key problems in the formation and development of a system of motivation for the professional activities of personnel of the Center for Public Services “My Documents” in the Cheryomushki district of Moscow.
