국내 건설현장 외국인 근로자 안전교육 모델 개발

Abstract

국내 건설현장에서는 외국인 근로자들의 수가 증가함에 따라 그들에게 적합한 안전교육체계의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 외국인 근로자들을 위한 안전교육 모델을 제안하고 실제로 프로토타입의 안전교육시스템을 구현하였다. 그 결과로 이러닝 시스템 기반의 안전교육 모델을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 국내 건설현장에서 근무하고 있는 외국인 근로자들이 안전교육을 잘 받을 수 있도록 지원해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 현장의 안전관리자로 하여금 외국인 근로자들을 잘 교육하고 관리할 수 있도록 지원해 줄 것이다. For last decade, the number of foreign workers in all industries has been increased continuously. In the construction industry, the number of foreign workers has also increased as 80,000 persons in 2010. According to the increase of foreign workers at domestic construction sites, the frequency of construction disasters has increased as well. The safety education can be a effective solution to decrease the construction disaster. So, it is necessary to develop the appropriate education system for foreign workers. Therefore, the objective of this study is to propose a safety education model for foreign workers and to develop the prototype system. In a result of that, a new safety education model and prototype system was constructed based on the method of E-learning. The system can support for foreign workers in domestic construction sites to understand the safety education easily. And, it can also assist the safety manager to educate and manage the foreign workers efficiently.
