Abstract
Modern management theory offers a large number of methods and approaches in management activities. In-terdisciplinary research reveals many factors that influence effective management in both small teams and global corporations. The study attempts to analyze national management models from the point of view of the theory of generations, which in this perspective is considered as a tool for translating and adapting the experi-ence of generations in management activities. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that in the era of in-formation and knowledge economy many managerial processes have become formalized and automated, meanwhile the highest managerial level remains, which requires a deep human awareness of the situation and wise decision-making. The research methodology is based on comparative and socio-cultural methods of scientific analysis. As a scientific and practical significance of the study, it is possible to highlight the actualiza-tion of the problem of management methods under the cultural paradigms of social space in the conditions of post-globalist trends.
