델픽게임의 역사와 콘텐츠 특성 및 문화관광 콘텐츠로의 비전

Abstract

2008 베이징 올림픽게임이 성황리에 막을 내렸다. 지난 세기동안 올림픽게임은 여러 방향에서 폭 넓게 주목을 받아왔다. 반면, 델픽게임은 거의 주목을 받지 못하였을 뿐 아니라 고대 델픽게임과 현대의 델픽게임에 관한 연구나 서적마저 거의 없다. 이 연구는 델픽게임을 학계에 알리고 소개하기 위하여 그 역사적 맥락과 의미, 행사의 내용 측면에서의 콘텐츠 성격 및 특성, 문화관광 측면에서의 비전에 관하여 논의 하였다. Last year, 2008 Beijing Olympic Games have finished successfully. Over the last century the Olympic Games have received much attention from the world widely in the various point of views. In opposition to the Olympic Games, Delphic Games have attracted little attention. Moreover, There are no comprehensive monograph and research about Delphic Games in ancient and modem era. On that account, this paper will focused on the historical context of Delphic Games, review contents of it, and discuss visions to introducing and announcing the Delphic Games to the academic world.
