The article considers innovative technologies and methods of training, as used in the system of modern educational process in the IHE of Ukraine. The demand for the transition of innovative education, in particular in higher school, is caused by the challenges of the present day, and lies in priority directions of the state policy of Ukraine in the context of integration of the domestic educational sector into the European and world space. As a result of the research, it was determined that for higher education it is necessary to form a systematic approach to the analysis of professional tasks, strategic, ability to social mobility, aspiration to self-identification, self-expression and self-improvement during life. The authors of the article analyzed the establishment and development of innovative schools, whose activity is aimed at the formation of new, alternative concepts and pedagogical system, analyzed the use of the rating system of control of educational process, organization and evaluation of the quality of knowledge of the applicants. According to the results of the study it is determined that innovative educational activity is a complex process, which requires constructive management and significantly changes the educational process, allowing to solve problems of formation of individual educational prospects. The authors note that at introduction of innovative technologies in the pedagogical process of the educational system of the IHE there is an increase of professional competence of future specialists – participants of innovation processes, improvement of qualitative indicators of educational achievements of the competitors. At the same time, the regional system of education in general is being modernized, the development of the IHE on the basis of search, development and implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies is being monitored, and the scientific and methodological support of the educational institution development is being provided.

The mechanism of ensuring the development of health facilities of JSC Ukrzaliznytsya has been described in the article, the author's definition of the concept of the mechanism of development has been provided. The mechanism for ensuring the development of health care facilities is based on the allocation of target, production, innovation, financial and information subsystems. It is determined that the mechanism of ensuring the development of health care facilities is influenced by information flows from the external environment of the enterprise and internal factors, due to the level of development of the strategic potential of the institution. The target subsystem for the development of health care facilities includes strategic goals, objectives, basic criteria for assessing the capacity of the institution, and principles. The production subsystem is directly responsible for the development of healthcare facilities through the implementation of a development strategy, a set of measures to improve the efficiency of operations. The innovation subsystem is represented by a set of tools that facilitate innovation. The main task of the financial subsystem is to ensure the process of development of financial resources. The main task of the information subsystem is to provide the process of development, development and implementation of innovative medical technologies with the necessary reliable information. Key tools for development are identified by the Medical Technology Center, the Development Investment Fund, and the Virtual Health Center. An important tool for ensuring the proper level of development of health care institutions is the organization of a health - a certain Internet space, which, on the one hand, will provide opportunities for different categories of participants of the medical and diagnostic process of all health care facilities Ukrzaliznytsia, on the other hand, will provide all participants of innovation processes with the necessary information on the introduction of innovative technologies. The basic goals, tasks, peculiarities of functioning of the virtual health center in the aspect of providing the medical-diagnostic process and in the aspect of providing the process of creating a closed cycle of development and introduction of innovative medical technologies are revealed.

The article identifies the problem of finding a modern format of teacher development in the system of postgraduate education. The necessity of using innovative pedagogical technologies of teaching as an aspect of innovative activity of a higher school teacher in the context of development of modern education, in particular postgraduate, is revealed. The range of innovative pedagogical technologies, methods, receptions as effective tools of professional development of the teacher in the conditions of postgraduate education is defined. Aspects of professional interaction that contribute to the creation of a creative scientific and educational environment of the educational process are characterized. Interactive technologies that are determined by the interaction of teachers and teachers (students of advanced training courses) become effective tools of higher education. Aspects of realization of innovation of educational process in establishments of higher and postgraduate education are defined. We outlined practical changes in the professional activity of the teacher, determined by the willingness to improve pedagogical skills, to develop various components of professional competence, i.e. to constantly develop their own professional resources. The practical experience of using innovative pedagogical technologies, methods and techniques and forms of organization of the educational process, contributing to the active continuous professional development of teachers in the system of postgraduate education, are highlighted. The scientific-methodical and didactic support of professional development of teachers in the context of technologicalization of the postgraduate world is presented. The purpose of the study is to reveal the features of the application of innovative pedagogical technologies in the activities of higher education teachers in the context of postgraduate teacher education. Research methods used: theoretical analysis and systematization of scientific sources − allowed to identify the state of the problem of application of innovative technologies in the modern educational process; pedagogical observation and systematization − allowed to get the results of research on the active introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies, methods and techniques in the system of postgraduate education; generalization and structuring − allowed to develop scientific –methodological, and didactic support for the continuous development of teachers in the system of postgraduate education. Conclusions were made on the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process of higher education institutions, in particular postgraduate education institutions, which contribute to more effective mastery of educational material, its understanding and practical self-realization; creates conditions for continuous development and self-development of teachers throughout life.

The development of innovative information technologies in the modern world has become a necessity for improving the efficiency of activities of financial institutions and improving the quality of financial services provided to economic agents. The State plays an important role in creating a favorable environment for the implementation of such technologies. However, the introduction of innovative technologies by financial institutions is associated with risks that require the State-based regulation to ensure the stability and reliability of functioning of a financial system. The article discusses the issues of improving the State-based regulation of the processes of development and introduction of information and innovative technologies by financial institutions in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the substantiation of the need for such regulation. It is determined that the construction of a model of such regulation should be based on the balance of interests of financial institutions, their desire to implement digital technologies for their own development, on the one hand and, on the other hand, their clients, who want to be sure that their personalized information will not be made public to third parties thus leading to a loss of financial resources. The article fragmentarily analyzes the current trends in the development of banking and non-bank financial institutions, describes the transformation processes that have taken place in the model of the State-based regulation of financial institutions in Ukraine. As a result, taking into account the current objective processes of digitalization of both the activities of financial institutions and public authorities that regulate them, measures for the formation and ensuring the effectiveness of the State-based regulation on the introduction of information and communication technologies by financial institutions are proposed, namely: creation of a transparent and open regulatory environment; ensuring a high level of cybersecurity and protection of the customers’ personal data; promoting active cooperation between the State-based regulators, financial institutions, and public organizations for the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of balanced use of such technologies.

Purpose of the article is to review and analyze innovative technologies and teaching methods, the implementation of which requires maximum transformation of the educational process. The research methodology is the use of general scientific methods and techniques of scientific knowledge, which allows to reveal, analyze, and summarize the specific features of the introduction of innovative technologies and methods in the training of future professionals. The scientific novelty of the article is to summarize the key changes in education in general, based on improving the educational process through its transition to the technological level, finding promising innovative pedagogical methods aimed at development and self-development of the individual, new dimensions of self-realization. Comparative analysis of modern innovative pedagogical technologies and teaching methods provides an opportunity to focus on the need to update the content of the educational process. Conclusions. Innovative technologies and teaching methods that are most actively implemented in higher education in general and in the process of training future specialists in information, library and archival affairs are analyzed and described. It is proved that education and upbringing of the individual in the conditions of rapid information flow, dynamic development of society cannot be realized without innovations, innovative technologies and teaching methods, implementation of which improves the quality of the educational process, promotes its renewal, modernization, and transformation in accordance with the requirements of the time. According to Rostekhnadzor, an increased level of accidents is observed at the facilities of the oil and gas complex of the Russian Federation in 2021, in relation to the previous year. This is due to the insufficiently effective work of the production control services, the lack of a detailed analysis of each accident and accident, the prevention of the study of the causes.
 Every year, the economic damage caused by accidents, industrial injuries, and occupational diseases increases both in the main and auxiliary activities of companies in the Russian oil and gas complex.
 Recently, companies in various sectors of the economy have been paying great attention to the introduction of innovative technologies (IT) to ensure industrial safety (IS), including labor protection, fire safety and road safety.
 It is relevant to study trends in the implementation of IT in the areas of safety assurance used by domestic oil and gas companies to reduce the number of accidents, eliminate occupational injuries and occupational diseases.
 It should also be emphasized that the literature does not pay enough attention to comprehensive research reviews of projects for the implementation and practical application of IT in the field of IS, and, first of all, in oil and gas companies. These reviews are especially valuable for managers and specialists in the field of IS to make strategic and tactical timely management decisions for the implementation of IT. Research of projects on the introduction of innovative technologies for ensuring industrial safety in Russian oil and gas companies will allow you to build the entire decision-making chain: from goal setting to practical implementation.

The purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretical provisions and practical proposals regarding the use of innovative technologies for personnel management at the enterprise. The topic of enterprise labor resources and innovative technologies for managing them is extremely relevant and is determined by modern trends of globalization, digitalization, and the rapid development of innovative technologies. In a changing economic environment, enterprises are faced with the need to improve the efficiency of human capital management to ensure competitiveness. The introduction of innovative technologies in the field of human resources management allows you to optimize the processes of recruitment, training, motivation and development of personnel, reduce costs and increase labor productivity. In addition, modern technologies, such as: HR process automation systems, data analytics, artificial intelligence and digital platforms, open up new opportunities for talent management and creating flexible forms of employment. This contributes to more effective use of human potential, adaptation to market challenges, and the formation of an innovative corporate culture. The study of the topic is relevant in view of the need to implement modern innovative approaches in the field of human resources management to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises in modern conditions of economic dynamics. The methodology for studying an enterprise's labor resources and innovative technologies for managing them includes stages and methods aimed at comprehensive analysis and optimization of human capital management: analysis of the existing human resources management system (assessment of personnel policy, analysis of personnel selection processes), use of statistical analysis methods to determine quantitative and qualitative characteristics of human resources (number of personnel, dynamics of changes in personnel composition), analysis of modern tools for automating HR processes, assessment and analysis of application possibilities, effectiveness of implementing modern human resource management technologies. The article analyzes the staffing and use of personnel of a machine-building enterprise specializing in the production of technological equipment, LLC NVF «ADVISMASH». The movement of labor force in a manufacturing enterprise is studied. The importance of innovative technologies in the field of personnel management is highlighted. Modern HR technologies are outlined, classified by areas according to their functional purpose: selection and recruitment, personnel assessment, motivation, training, adaptation, communication, personnel accounting and talent management. The features and subsystems of management technologies in the field of personnel are characterized, in particular: outsourcing, outstaffing, personnel leasing, coaching, headhunting, recruiting, screening, direct search, reengineering, internal marketing, the "mystery shopper" method, automated personnel management systems and employee workstations. Attention is paid to HRM systems (human resource management systems), which are comprehensive platforms for centralized management of all aspects of personnel work, as well as for data analysis, employee productivity control, formation of personnel reserves, and automation of document flow. The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the process of personnel selection is considered, in particular, in recruiting, which involves the use of AI algorithms to analyze large amounts of data from resumes, social networks, and profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, which significantly reduces the time for searching for candidates and improves the quality of personnel decisions. To substantiate the effectiveness of innovations in the HR sector, coefficients and indicators were calculated: the overall efficiency coefficient of innovations implemented in the personnel management system, which allows analyzing the achieved results and trends in changes in the personnel policy of the enterprise, the absolute deviation of efficiency before and after implementation - to assess the dynamics of changes. An analysis of the growth rate of costs and the resulting effect was also conducted in order to determine the payback of innovative measures, obtaining the planned profit, and the possibility of further investment in the project. The practical value of the study lies in identifying effective ways to improve personnel management based on the implementation of innovative HRM technologies. An analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of innovative HR management technologies at LLC NVF «ADVISMASH» demonstrates significant positive changes in the organization of personnel processes, especially in employee motivation. The implementation of modern HRM systems, flexible management approaches, digital educational platforms, and an improved motivation system contributed to increased labor productivity, reduced staff turnover, improved internal communication, and an overall increase in the efficiency of the enterprise. Further improvement of these tools will allow the Company to maintain its competitiveness in the market and maintain a high level of professional training of personnel. The results of the study can also serve as the basis for developing a new strategy for motivating personnel, forming an effective system of training and development of employees, as well as adapting the company's personnel policy to dynamically changing market conditions, in particular due to the challenges of wartime .

The relevance of the study is due to the objective need to increase the effectiveness of physical education of students in special medical groups during their training in higher education institutions. A promising direction for solving this problem is the development and practical implementation of new, highly effective control technologies. The purpose of the research: to identify conceptual approaches, the main tasks and mechanisms of the implementation of innovative pedagogical technology for controlling the physical education of students of special medical groups. Material and methods. The basis of the research is the use of a complex of general scientific theoretical methods: analysis, systematization, generalization, theoretical modeling. Results. The basic preconditions and bases of development and introduction of innovative technologies for control of physical education as the process of modernization of the existing control system are analyzed. Formulated conceptual approaches in this process, taking into account the specifics of the contingent of special medical groups. The task is substantiated, the structural components of the mechanism of implementation of innovative control technology are presented and analyzed. In the development of innovative technology, all cycles of diagnostics and management are integrated – from gathering information about the current state of the organism of students to the formation of managerial decisions. The theory of the regulation of cybernetic systems, the main elements of which are programming, screening, correction, is based on the innovative technology of controlling the course of physical education of students. The criterion for the effectiveness of the proposed provisions is the final analysis of the dynamics of the parameters of the psychophysical state of students of special medical groups in the process of their physical education. Conclusions. Integration of innovative technologies, through qualitative changes in the control of physical education of students of special medical groups, leads to an increase in the effectiveness of this process, before quantitative and qualitatively new results. The structure of technology presented in the work allows developing integrated algorithms of activity of subjects of realization of innovations, in order to ensure effective implementation of control of physical education of students of special medical groups, and, thus, increase of efficiency of this process in general.

Retracted article Purpose: the purpose of the article is the disclosure of environmental problems and prospects commercialization of intellectual property within development of innovative information technologies in the conditions of integration of economies into the world economy, identification of opportunities of forming, organization, financing, management, ownership, commercialization and protection of innovative technologies and intellectual property. Relevance of the chosen subject is caused by the current state of ecology and problems of commercialization of intellectual property in development of innovative information technologies within the conditions of integration of economies into the world economy. The existing changes of the current legislation and tendencies of development of the industry of innovative information technologies in field of ecology in the Russian Federation require cardinal review because of its low competitiveness. Ensuring sustainable development of the country directly depends on implementation of innovative information technologies, not only within the sphere of ecology, but also in all industries of the national economy of Russia. Especially important direction of development of innovations is the field of information technologies with its further implementation in innovative productions and provision of services with a focus on protection of ecology and healthcare. Methods: the methodology of the solution of objectives is based on usage of a method of dialectic research, methods of the economic analysis, forecasting, the situational and systemic analysis, expert evaluations and the analysis of empirical data. Results: in the process of researching the direction of solving environmental problems, the author studied foreign and Russian programs based on innovative technologies in this field and identified current proposals regarding the practical implementation of partnerships in the form of Public Private Partnerships PPPs. Conclusions and Relevance: the practical importance of the work consists in identification of intellectual property in the area of development of innovative technologies, forecasting of their economic activity, the choice of optimal models of financing for ensuring sustainable development of the country and competitiveness of the Russian innovative technologies on the world market.

The article highlights the main provisions that are key to understanding the terms "conditions" and "pedagogical conditions". Pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future pharmacy specialists in the process of studying chemical disciplines by means of innovative technologies based on a survey of teachers of pharmaceutical colleges, graduate students, and pharmacy workers, are distinguished and justified. The article contains the results and analysis of the responses of pharmacy students regarding their motivation to study chemistry in college, collected through an anonymous survey. It was found that the formation of positive motivation to study chemical disciplines is facilitated by both external and internal motives, which are interconnected and mutually determined. It has been proven that the motivational sphere is of leading importance in the formation of professional competence of a specialist. The role of preparation and implementation of professionally oriented scientific and methodical support in the implementation of professionally oriented chemistry training in the pharmaceutical professional college is highlighted. The concepts of "professional focus of chemistry education" and "professional focus of a college graduate" are distinguished. It has been established that such innovative technologies as project, problem, case-study, information and communication, gaming are relevant, promising, integrative, and student-centered, which contribute to the awareness of students of the need for chemical knowledge in work and are oriented towards the formation of professional competence of future pharmacy specialists. The need to introduce extracurricular work into the practice of vocational higher education institutions: professionally oriented and socially oriented. The result of the creation and implementation of selected pedagogical conditions is the purposeful formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of pharmacy.

Importance. Current conditions of society’s development initiate the introduction of new educa tional tasks at school; supposedly, education must include both knowledge development and the development of creative activity experience. Consequently, it is recommended to enrich the proc ess of education by the implementation of innovative educational technologies. Thus, a new think ing and creative approach to problem-solving among students would be formed. The purpose of the study is to develop students’ creative abilities through the implementation of innovative educa tional technologies in the educational process.Materials and Methods. The choice of research methods is determined by the peculiarities of studying the historical and pedagogical process. This specificity has identified the following meth ods as fundamental: analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature, synthe sis, comparison, included observation, generalization of the data obtained.Results and Discussion. Innovative technologies implementation creates plenty of possibilities for both teachers and students. Teachers can solve different educational tasks, and students can solve problems on their own through trial and error and reach their goals, which prerequisites the forma tion of creative qualities of personality. The use of such methods has a positive influence on stu dents because it develops their creative abilities, independence, activity, logical thinking, builds their self-confidence, and helps to get rid of stereotypes and barriers. Innovative technologies im plementation adds necessary emotions and creates an atmosphere for productive work.Conclusion. The application of innovative technologies in educational process contributes to the expansion of students’ general cultural outlook; the development of their intellectual and creative abilities, research and organizational skills, business and communicative qualities; the formation of value orientations, civic mindedness and skills of life in society.

The article analyzes foreign experience on the introduction of innovative technologies in inclusive and special education through the disclosure of conceptual issues related to the functioning of the system of general, special and inclusive education both in Ukraine and abroad. Domestic and foreign achievements in the direction of social and pedagogical rehabilitation of children with special educational needs are analyzed. It is revealed that in the USA and Europe, they actively promote access to education, mainstreaming, integration, and inclusion. It is proved that in most European countries and the USA, special education is an organic part of general education, has an integrated material base and specific methods of teaching a child with special needs within the framework of adjusted standards and individual educational programs. Foreign publications, which cover the introduction of active teaching methods, organizational forms and innovative technologies in inclusive and special education, are analyzed. In the course of the analysis of the foreign experience of inclusive and special education, it is established that the optimization of interpersonal relations of children with special needs should be carried out in different activities, taking into account their characteristics A correctional and developmental program for optimizing interpersonal relationships with peers of primary school children with hearing impairments in the form of development of communication skills and social behaviour skills is developed, which includes the following aspects: development of empathy, development of social behaviour, positive attitude “I”, the formation of a positive attitude towards peers. The step-by-step psychological and pedagogical support of inclusive education of junior schoolchildren with special educational needs is offered: preliminary, activity, effective. Innovative rehabilitation technologies in inclusive and special education, which are of interest for comprehensive practice, are highlighted.

Based on the analysis of research results of well-known scientists, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of foreign language professional competence of future specialists in agricultural engineering using innovative information and communication educational technologies, involving the organization of the educational process aimed at the principles of formation of foreign language competence and stimulating professional motivation of applicants for higher education are substantiated. The main reasons for the inefficient use of innovative technologies in agricultural and technical institutions of higher education have been identified. The necessary organizational conditions for the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process during the study of foreign languages have been determined. The necessity of training foreign language teachers to work in the conditions of computerization of educational process, cooperation with teachers of general technical and special professional disciplines for coordination of working curricula and selection of didactic and methodical materials corresponding to professionally oriented subjects is proved. Based on the analysis of best practices of specialists in computerization of the educational process, the main functions of Internet services, software and communication tools in the use of innovative information and communication educational technologies in the educational process in training future agricultural engineers are defined.

The work uses a complex of theoretical and practical methods: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, a comparative-analytical approach to determining the effectiveness of modern educational technologies, pedagogical observation, surveying students and teachers, as well as elements of experimental training on the implementation of digital and training methods in the educational process. The article reveals the theoretical foundations and practical potential of innovative teaching technologies in the process of military-patriotic education of students. Attention is focused on the fact that the modern system of national-patriotic training in Ukraine requires a reorientation from a traditionally informational model to a competence-based one, which ensures the formation of psychological resilience, teamwork, motivation for state defense, and readiness to act in extreme conditions. Key innovative approaches have been identified, including the use of project technologies, interactive forms of group work, situational modeling, elements of tactical games, and training programs for developing leadership and self-regulation. Significant emphasis is placed on the implementation of digital learning tools ‒ multimedia resources, virtual simulators, online courses, and remote communication platforms ‒ which ensure the continuity and accessibility of educational content even under martial law or evacuation. It is also emphasized that innovative technologies enhance the motivational and value component of education, deepen historical awareness, contribute to the development of youth civic positions, and form practical skills for behavior in security situations. The importance of interdepartmental cooperation between educational institutions, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, public organizations, and volunteer communities in expanding educational opportunities is outlined. The necessity of systematic training for educators in working with innovative tools and developing pedagogical skills in the context of digitalization is highlighted. It is concluded that the effective implementation of innovative technologies determines the quality of military-patriotic education, contributes to strengthening national identity, and forms a generation capable of ensuring the security and resilience of the Ukrainian state. It was found that the implementation of innovative technologies – such as interactive platforms, simulation simulators, project learning, virtual learning environments and augmented reality technologies - significantly increases the level of assimilation of educational material, student motivation and the quality of practical training. The use of digital technologies allows you to simulate real combat and crisis situations, forming team interaction, strategic thinking and self-control skills in students. A pedagogical experiment has proven that the use of innovative teaching methods increases the index of military-patriotic qualities formation by an average of 25–30% compared to traditional forms of education. Their use contributes to the development of civic activity, the formation of worldview guidelines and the readiness of young people to defend the Fatherland. Further development of the military-patriotic education system requires the creation of integrated educational platforms, training teachers to use modern technological tools and the development of methodological recommendations for adapting innovations to the educational environment.

The subject of the study is the formation of information support during the study of the discipline "Innovative Management in Tourism". The purpose of the article is to determine the information support of the educational process during the study of innovative management in tourism by future teachers of professional training. The task of the research is to investigate the current state, trends and problems of the development of innovative technologies in the field of tourism and the hotel and restaurant business, on the basis of which educational and methodological support was developed for students of the specialty "Professional education. Tourism and hotel and restaurant business". Research methods. The following general and specific scientific methods of research were used in the research process: systematic approach, methods of logical generalization and comparison, scientific abstraction, methods of synthesis, logical generalization, and analogies. The methodological basis of the research was made up of the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists and leading specialists, analytical materials on the research problem. Work results. An analysis of the professional training of vocational education specialists specializing in tourism and hotel and restaurant business was carried out, and educational and methodological support for the training of specialists in this area was expanded. The introductory course "Innovative management in tourism" was developed based on the application of new information technologies. It was determined that information support should be understood as a purposefully selected and systematized set of information that is necessary for the implementation of the educational process, and a complex of relevant information resources, sources and technologies that ensure the implementation of information processes at all stages of studying the management of the quality of products and services in the hotel and restaurant industry economy. Field of application of results. The obtained research results can be used by educational departments of higher education institutions of Ukraine to expand educational and professional programs, educational complexes, curricula and work programs. Conclusions. It was determined that the discipline "Innovative technologies in tourism" means innovation management. Summarizing the views of scientists on innovative processes in tourism, it can be stated that the success of the operation of the enterprise in the field of tourism largely depends on innovative management. The practical application of innovations in the tourism sector will not only increase the level of competitiveness of the enterprise, but also assess the feasibility of introducing new types of services. Practice shows that the most acceptable option, at the current stage, is the use of information technologies. The introduction of innovative technologies in the field of tourism is one of the main factors of success for enterprises in this field, which is carried out, as a rule, at the highest level of management of the tourism enterprise, the main goal of which should be to determine the main directions of scientific, technical and production activities of the enterprise. Innovative management technologies cause the creation of the necessary conditions for the sustainable development of enterprises in the field of tourism, aimed at ensuring the competitiveness of tourist services at the level of international standards. Introduction. The article considers new approaches to the study of the feasibility of introducing innovative technologies into the personnel management system. The purpose of the article. The purpose of the article is to analyze innovative methods of personnel management at enterprises, taking into account the specifics of implementation of innovations in management activities, as well as to study foreign experience in the field of personnel management for effective implementation at Ukrainian enterprises. Methods. The methodological basis for the study of innovative technologies in the personnel management system is the theoretical study of scientific works of researchers on this topic, domestic and foreign experience by the method of analysis and synthesis, to form a holistic view of the personnel management system. In the course of the study, the following theoretical methods were used: comparison and analogy, abstraction and generalization, and a systematic approach, where the personnel management system was studied as an integral system. Our study also used empirical methods of management, such as observation and interviewing, which allowed us to more deeply substantiate the features of the introduction of innovative technologies in the personnel management system Results. The study resulted in substantiation of the principles of implementation of innovative technologies of the personnel management system at enterprises, practical recommendations for the implementation of innovative technologies in the personnel management system at enterprises The subsystems of personnel management and innovative technologies of personnel management are characterized. The feasibility of using such innovative technologies as personnel leasing, personnel audit and coaching in the field of personnel management is substantiated and it is proposed to introduce these tools into the activities of the enterprise. Conclusions. Successful implementation of innovative technologies in the HR management system requires a comprehensive approach to understanding the formation of strategic goals through training, motivation and readiness for continuous development and transformation. After all, the introduction of innovative technologies into the HR management system is a strategic necessity of today. One of the features of modern organizational activity is that the efficiency of activity and the scale of achievements of the enterprise depend on the level of development of the personnel management system, especially in the field of management. In this context, questions arise regarding the development of personnel and the formation of skills and abilities to assess the activities of personnel and the ability to motivate them. Numerous studies show a direct relationship between motivated personnel and management effectiveness.
