The conceptual advantages of outsourcing proposals for international business are outlined. It was determined that among the key advantages of outsourcing is the hiring of workers from countries where labor is relatively cheaper, but also characterized by high productivity indicators. This phenomenon is called "offshore outsourcing", which can be beneficial for companies interested in reducing their costs and optimizing production performance. On the other hand, offshore outsourcing gives access to those specialists whose level is higher than that which can be found in the labor market in the territory of the corporation's country of origin, which leads to an increase in the quality of services and products. It has been proven that India, China, the Philippines, Eastern Europe and Latin America are the leading regions in terms of using the services of offshore outsourcing companies. These regions are rich in opportunities in areas such as IT, data processing, financial services and other sectors that need to attract highly skilled professionals. One of the main advantages inherent in outsourcing is the ability to cover operations that are not core to the outsourcing firm. Outsourcing such operations helps businesses free up their resources for activities they specialize in, and thus improve their efficiency and competitiveness. Manufacturing companies, thanks to the availability of outsourcing companies, can hire an outsourced contractor or an outsourced accountant to handle their financial matters so that they can focus on product development and quality control. In addition to reducing the workforce, outsourcing will also allow businesses to reduce their costs. In most cases, service providers can perform specific tasks at a lower cost than a business could perform on its own. Challenges for companies using the services of outsourced intermediaries are singled out. The article identifies promising directions for the development of outsourcing in the modern globalized business environment.
