Abstract
The scientific article discusses the possibility of business functioning on the basis of family and family values. The authors show in detail not only all the psychological and legal risks, methods and incentives in the functioning of a family business, but at the same time monitor the positive elements of the development of family well-being based on a joint family business. The scientific article expresses the position on the need to legalize the institution of family business in Russia, within the framework of which the necessary system of state support measures will be proposed and the edges of convergence of public and private law will be built.
