Abstract
본 논문의 목적은 종합병원에 근무 하는 공감 병동 간호사의 공감 활동 경험을 주관적이고 총체적으로 통찰하여 간호사의 변화를 융합 적으로 이해하는 것이다. 자료 조사는 2016년 07월 21일부터 08월 30일까지 실시하 였고, 연구 대상자로는 공감 활동경험이 있다고 판단되는 간호사 6명을 표출하였다. 자료 분석은 Giorgi의 현상학적 질적 연구 방법 으로 분석 하여 26개의 주제묶음과 5개의 본질적 범주로 도출되었다. 연구 결과 상위범주로 공감목 표, 공감선행요소, 공감촉진요소, 공감장애요소, 공감병동 활동 경험 후 변화 등이 발견되었다. 이상의 결과들은 간 호사의 공감 활동 경험에 대한본질을 이해하는 유용한 자료로 제공될 것이며, 향후 간호사의 공감능력 향상을 위한 중재 프로그램을 제작하여 적용 한다면 양질의 간호가 제공 될 것으로 기대한다.
