Abstract
The network interaction of the subjects participating in the regional innovation is associated with organizational problems in connection with the formation of a complex system of links between the subjects of the innovation system. The article provides approaches to assessing the interaction of subjects, highlights the key element of the assessment. It is proposed to evaluate the interaction of RIS participants comprehensively, taking into account the main properties of network-centric interaction of subjects of the regional innovation system, which is influenced by the environment of the region. The proposed set of approaches makes it possible to reasonably develop methodological tools for implementing organizational measures of interaction moderation based on the innovation policy of the subject of the Russian Federation. It is proposed to use the integrated approaches of the concept of stakeholders, systems theory, organization theory, and communication theory.
