Abstract

초록·키워드 목차 오류제보하기 The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among airline cabin crew"s job support, job engagement, and innovation behavior. The data collection was collected through the convenience sampling method for flight attendant engaged in flight duty, and 180 copies of the data were used to analyze the results. Data analysis was conducted by simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 program, resulting in the following results. First, only organizational support among job support factors has a positive impact on innovative behavior. Second, only organizational support among job support factors has a positive impact on job engagement. Third, the job engagement has a positive impact on innovation behavior. Fourth, the job engagement was revealed to function as a partial mediator effect on the relationship between job support and innovation behavior.
