Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 노인요양병원 간호사의 직무스트레스, 지각된 건강상태가 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상자는 G 광역시 소재 7개 노인요양병원에서 근무하는 간호사 227명이었고, 자료수집 기간은 2018년 6월 20일부터 7월 10일까지였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0 Program을 이용하여 독립표본 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson
