Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine organizational justice perceived by member of ski resort and the relations between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In order to do so, 372 cases of effective samples are collected through convenience sampling and survey against employees of ski resort located in Gang-won province, Korea. Also, the data processing was completed by using SPSS Win Ver 14.0 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis, and by using AMOS 7.0 program for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. with procedures and methods of statistics mentioned above, the following results are gained. First, distributive justice perceived by member of ski resort has positive effect on organizational commitment is shown. Second, procedural justice perceived by member of ski resort has positive effect on organizational commitment is shown. Third, distributive Justice perceived by member of ski resort has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior is shown. Fourth, procedural Justice perceived by member of ski resort has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior is shown. Fifth, organizational Commitment perceived by member of ski resort has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior is shown.
