Digital technologies are an effective management tool that helps to coordinate and improve all areas of life. Growth is possible by using the results of innovative and technological activities and increasing the global competitiveness of St. Petersburg. The article considers the possibility of monitoring the quality of life of the population on the basis of a sociological survey, during which citizens are asked about state and municipal services provided to them in St. Petersburg.
