Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of job insecurity perceived by airline cabin crew on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation. An online survey was conducted from August 1 to August 10, 2021 for cabin crews of large airlines, and a total of 250 copies were used for the analysis, excluding questionnaires that responded insincerely out of a total of 254 copies. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that job insecurity had a significant negative (-) effect on job satisfaction. Second, it was found that there was no significant negative effect on customer orientation even if job insecurity increased. Third, it was found that job insecurity had a significant negative (-) effect on the cabin crew
