Abstract

The article presents the results of a sociological survey of the employed population, conducted in 2022. The purpose of the study is to analyze current changes in the Russian labor market related to the prevalence of violations of labor rights of workers. In recent years, there has been a decrease in the severity of contradictions between workers and employers (customers). At the same time, the fact that workers meet with violations of labor rights increase their predisposition to work in the informal economy and have an impact on social tension in the labor market. The study shows the passivity of workers in protecting their labor rights. The reasons for this behavior are mainly related to the lack of hope for a positive result.
