Abstract
빈곤을 경험하는 청소년들은 진로정체감 형성과 발달에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 Super(1957)의 진로발달이론에 근거한 개인적ㆍ환경적 요인과 지역아동센터 요인이 지역아동센터 이용 청소년의 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 지역아동센터 패널데이터(5차)를 활용하여, 센터 이용 중학교 3학년(N=342)의 진로정체감을 분석하였다. 종속변수는 연구대상의 진로정체감, 독립변수는 진로발달이론에서 제시한 개인적ㆍ환경적 요인과 지역아동센터 요인으로 구성하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 개인적 요인(자아탄력성)과 환경적 요인(가정경제수준, 방임, 학교적응)이 센터 이용 청소년의 진로정체감에 영향을 주었다. 또한, 지역아동센터 만족도와 프로그램 이용영향평가(자기계발 및 경험)가 이용 청소년의 진로정체감에 영향을 주었다. 연구결과에 근거하여 지역아동센터 이용 청소년의 진로정체감 발달을 위한 사회복지적 함의를 제시하였다.
