Abstract

The article analyzes social and psychological aspects of the role and place of a judicial representative in a procedure: mode of dress; recognizability; perception of age; asynchronicity of speech; trustworthiness and various biases. The paper reviews factors of raising the efficiency of skills of a good court speaker.
