Abstract

The questions of the organization of computer-aided design of public catering enterprises (cafes, restaurants, etc.) are investigated. The software used for the design and calculation of technical and economic characteristics of public catering enterprises is analyzed. The most preferred software recommended for the design of production processes is identified. The theoretical aspects of the feasibility study of the project are considered. The software described in the article can be useful for managers when organizing a business related to the creation of a public catering enterprise.
