Abstract
The article uses data from the Federal state statistics service to determine the main vectors of migration flows of domestic labor migrants, and also considers factors that influence the outflow of labor from some regions of Russia and the largest concentration of labor resources in other regions of the Russian Federation. The article presents the qualification and industry characteristics of the main professional cohorts of internal labor migrants. The article considers the dynamics of internal Russian labor migration in the context of implementing state programs and projects aimed at regional development of the Russian Federation and increasing labor mobility of citizens.
