Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of public administration systems, their main trends and directions of development. The purpose of the study is to identify the current challenges facing public administration systems and identify promising strategies and tools for their effective optimization. The work used complex methods of analysis, such as comparative analysis, expert assessments, statistical data and a theoretical review of the literature. The interdisciplinary approach allowed us to consider the problem of public administration systems from different points of view and identify key trends and challenges. The study highlighted current trends in public administration systems, such as digitalization, strengthening administrative structures, improving decision-making mechanisms and strengthening civic participation. Promising areas of development were also identified, including the use of digital technologies to improve management efficiency and improve the quality of services provided. The study made it possible to conclude that there is a need for continuous improvement of public administration systems in a volatile environment. Awareness of the relevance of digital transformation, strengthening the principles of transparency and openness of government, as well as the development of feedback mechanisms with citizens are becoming key to ensuring the effective functioning of government agencies in the modern world.
