Abstract
У статті розглядається місце пантопразолу в терапії кислотозалежних захворювань у дітей. Підкреслено, що в практичній гастроентерології окрім оригінальних інгібіторів протонної помпи (брендів) використовують також препарати-генерики, які, на відміну від оригінальних інгібіторів протонної помпи, є набагато доступнішими для більшості пацієнтів. Метою висвітленої в статті роботи було вивчення клінічної ефективності генеричного препарату пантопразолу (Золопент) при лікуванні кислотозалежних захворювань у дітей. Золопент проявив себе як високоефективний антисекреторний препарат для лікування кислотозалежних захворювань (хронічного гастродуоденіту, виразкової хвороби, гастроезофагеальної рефлюксної хвороби) у дітей, що добре переноситься дітьми й не викликає побічних реакцій.

Diagnosis was verified based on clinical, endoscopic data, ultrasound investigation of the abdomen, data of pH-monitoring of stomach, esophagus and duodenum 12 (using a computer analysis system of pH of esophagus, stomach and duodenum 12 (“Orymet”, Vinnytsya)
Summary
