Abstract

Problems of forming citizenship of students in the framework of modernizing medical education in the context of the implementation of youth 2 policy in the Russian Federation are among the relevant and most discussed topics. The article draws attention to the methodological prerequisites for the formation of citizenship among young people in medical universities. Based on the analysis, conceptual approaches to the model of such a system are proposed. The personal potential of citizenship is considered as the basis for initiating students to self-education and self-development, the formation of civic orientations and identification in professional activities.
