Abstract

To implement the tasks of successful personal adaptation of cadets studying in departmental universities, it is necessary to apply modern pedagogical approaches. The authors of the article suggest that teachers use an activity-value approach that provides professional motivation to master the chosen profession, the formation of a system of personal values, and the development of abilities.The article reveals the features of using the activity-value approach in training cadets. It contains empirical data from the research of the authors of the article. It is concluded that the implementation of the activity-value approach provides personal adaptation of future specialists in the innovative educational environment of a departmental University.
