Abstract

In the process of self-overgrowing of the dumps of the Rettikhovsky lignite deposit, 18 species of woody and 15 species of herbaceous plants are involved. The most active species that grow on disturbed lands are Betula platyphylla Sukacz., Populus tremula L. and P. koreana Rehd. Among herbaceous plants, ruderal species predominate, in dry areas there are forest species – Lycopodium annotinum L., species of Dryopteris Adans. and Carex L. Based on the analysis of succession processes, two types of phytocenoses were identified depending on the level of stability. Recommendations are given for optimizing the self-regeneration of vegetation on the dumps of the Rettikhovsky lignite deposit. Keywords: SELF-REGULATION, RECLAMATION, LUNGE COAL DEPOSIT, SUCCESSION, PRIMORYE TERRITORY
