الذکاء الاجتماعي وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح الأکاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجتي الذکاء الاجتماعي الطموح الأکاديمي والعلاقة بينهما، وذلک لدى طلبة الجاعات، والتحقق من الاختلاف في درجة الذکاء الاجتماعي ودرجة الطموح الأکاديمي لدى هؤلاء الطلبة تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة وهي (الجنس، التخصص، السنة الدراسية) ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والارتباطي، واستخدمت مقياس الذکاء الاجتماعي وتم تطبيقة على عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (474)، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة الذکاء الاجتماعي لدى هؤلاء الطلبة عالية ، ودرجة الطموح الأکاديمي لدى هؤلاء الطلبة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي کلي (3.37). واتضح من النتائج بأنه توجد علاقة طردية بين الذکاء الاجتماعي والطموح الاکاديمي، وبشأن متغيرات الدراسة تبين وجود فروق في مستوى الذکاء الاجتماعي لدى طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية يعزى لمتغير الجنس في بعد القدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين وکانت الفروق لصالح الذکور، وفي بعد التأثير والتأثر في المواقف الاجتماعية لصالح الاناث. ولم تظهر فروق في مستوى الذکاء الاجتماعي يعزى لمتغير التخصص، کذلک لمتغير السنة الدراسية، وفي مستوى الطموح الاکاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينية، ظهرت فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس وکانت لصالح الذکور، أيضا تبين وجود فروق في مستوى الطموح الاکاديمي يعزى لمتغير التخصص وکانت الفروق لصالح العلوم الإنسانية، واتضح من النتائج عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير السنة الدراسية،وکانت اهم التوصات الترکيز على أهمية التواصل والاستجابة والتأثير والتأثر بالآخرين لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، والقيام بدراسات مشابهة تتضمن آليات تحفيز الطموح الأکاديمي، والتدرب والإفادة من المهارات الناتجة عن الذکاء الاجتماعي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين. This study aimed to know the two degrees of social intelligence, academic ambition and the relationship between them, among university students, and to verify the difference in the degree of social intelligence and the degree of academic ambition among these students according to the study variables (gender, specialization, school year). The study used the descriptive analytical and correlative approach, and used the measure of social intelligence and was applied to a random sample of (474). The results showed that the degree of social intelligence among these students is high, and the degree of academic ambition among these students is medium, with a total arithmetic average of (3.37). It was clear from the results that there is a direct relationship between social intelligence and academic ambition, and regarding the study variables, it was found that there were differences in the level of social intelligence among Palestinian university students due to the gender variable in the dimension of ability to deal with others and the differences were in favor of males, and in the dimension of influence and vulnerability in Social attitudes in favor of females. There were no differences in the level of social intelligence due to the variable of specialization, as well as to the variable of the academic year, and in the level of academic ambition among Palestinian university students, differences appeared due to the variable of sex and were in favor of males. In favor of the humanities, and it was clear from the results that there were no differences due to the variable of the school year, and the most important recommendations were to focus on the importance of communication, response, influence and being affected by others among university students, and carrying out similar studies that include mechanisms to stimulate academic ambition, training and benefiting from the skills resulting from social intelligence.
