Abstract

This article discusses the process of digital transformation of public administration in the Kyrgyz Republic and the issue of ensuring information security in it, and also publishes the results of the monitoring. The object of the study was the dynamics of the development of digital management in the country. The subject of the study was the process of digital transformation in the public administration system of Kyrgyzstan, digitalization and public services. As a research methodology, comparative statistical methods were used based on the UN statistical report for 2022 of the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result, the author noted that the dynamics of the development of digital public administration in Kyrgyzstan has risen by several levels, but at the same time, it is necessary to resolve the issue of ensuring information security and cybersecurity. It has been studied that the digital transformation of public administration in Kyrgyzstan is aimed at improving the efficiency of public services, ensuring the availability of information, transparency and participation of citizens.
