Abstract

The article substantiates the principles of the development of regional economic systems in the conditions of the transformation of the potential-forming space. The general economic and specific principles were singled out taking into account the fact that the main principles of the development of regional economic systems in the conditions of the transformation of the potential-forming space are determined by certain regularities that express public needs. In the study, using an integrated approach, general economic (complexity, historicism, objectivity, efficiency, scientificity, dialectic, balance, environmental friendliness) and specific (continuity, adaptability, subsidiarity, purposefulness, parity, integration, integrity, variability and identification of growth points) were singled out ) principles of development of regional economic systems in the conditions of transformation of the potential-forming space. The substantiation of general economic and specific principles of development of regional economic systems in the conditions of transformation of the potential-forming space is of practical importance, as it ensures the effectiveness of the mechanism of development of regional economic systems in the conditions of transformation of the potential-forming space. The mechanism of development of regional economic systems in the conditions of transformation of the potential-forming space includes a set of institutional, financial, economic, and organizational measures aimed at managing the economic development of regions. The implementation of these measures within the regions is carried out on the basis of the interaction of the subjects of influence on the development potential, the object of management, the selection of criteria and factors of influence, the balancing of the resource component in order to ensure the appropriate sustainability of regional development. Which collectively ensures the formation of a methodical approach to the construction of a mechanism for the development of regional economic systems in the conditions of the transformation of the potential-forming space. It is substantiated that the construction of the mechanism requires the identification of growth points, which allows forming a list of dominant and priority spheres of economic activity by region for further activation of their development potential. The formation of growth points is achieved on the basis of concentration and concentration of competitive advantages in the region.
