Abstract

Soviet cuisine is a special phenomenon in the culinary world. This is an interesting anthropological and social experiment conducted on such a huge massif as a country. During this project, many issues were resolved and innovations were introduced into the world of Soviet people. Depending on the leaders, the discourse of Soviet man's nutrition also changed. For the period of the USSR, we can say that a new food habit Homo soveticus was formed. In Pacific Russia, the Soviet system was a part of a common policy, but it had its own features due to its location and food supply.
