Abstract

In the article, the authors research current issues of preserving labor capacity in the context of modern challenges and global changes in the activities of companies. Employment growth in the near future will occur due to the expansion of working age’s boundaries. The opportunity to involve representatives of the older generation in various spheres of public life and their ability to contribute to the country’s economy is a special resource of society. Moreover, society today is particularly interested in creating conditions for an active and long-term life of the population.
