Abstract

This study was conducted for the purpose of verifying the relationship among the shared mental model and dual commitment and psychological ownership of airline cabin crews. The subjects of the study were 180 airline cabin crew members, and the following results were obtained through multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 by collecting them through a survey of shared mental models, career commitment, organizational commitment, and psychological ownership. First, the task-sharing mental model has a positive (+) effect on psychological owner awareness. Second, the task-sharing mental model has a positive (+) effect on career commitment, and the team-sharing mental model has a positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, double commitment (career commitment, organizational commitment) has a positive (+) effect on psychological ownership. Fourth, in the relationship between the shared mental model and psychological ownership, the partial mediating effect of career commitment was shown, and organizational commitment showed a complete mediating effect.
