Abstract

The model of specialists (operators)’ communicative behaviour in context-free communication groups is considered, suggesting the possibility of changing the group’s status-role and communicative structure. Its productivity is taken as a basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the group’s activities in a particular example. The study of operators’ communicative behaviour is carried out on the ground of applying the Howard iterative procedure and the Markov chain apparatus with income and revaluation.
