Abstract
고지혈증 유발 식이와 양하, 양하근경 및 생강분말의 혼합급이가 흰쥐의 혈청 및 간장의 지질대사에 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 식이에 각각 3%씩 첨가하여 4주간 실험사육하였다. 혈청 총콜레스테롤 농도는 대조군에 비하여 전 실험군이 유의적으로 낮았으며, HDL-콜레스테롤 농도는 양하와 양하근경 급여군이 대조군에 비하여 높게 나타났다. 유리콜레스테롤 및 콜레스테릴 에스테르의 농도는 전 실험군이 대조군에 비하여 유의적으로 낮았고, 콜레스테릴 에스테르 농도비는 대조군이 72.36%, 실험군에서 62.14～65.33%였다. Chylomicron, LDL 및 VLDL 농도는 대조군에 비하여 전 실험군에서 유의적으로 낮았다. 중성지질 및 인지질은 대조군에 비하여 전 실험군이 유의적으로 낮았다. 간장 중의 총콜레스테롤, 중성지질, 유리콜레스테롤 및 콜레스테릴 에스테르의 농도는 대조군에 비하여 각 실험군에서 유의적인 감소를 나타내었으나 인지질의 농도는 유의적인 차이가 없었다.
