Abstract

Water system around the city in Guilin(環城水系) is an important component of China's Guilin landscape, and Guilin City is an important process and publicity tourism brand as an international tourist attraction construction. This study evaluated the night view satisfaction with the night view design of the water system around the city in Guilin, China. Based on the survey, the satisfaction factors for the tourists' tourism behavior and satisfaction with the water system around the city and the night view of the water system around the city in Guilin were investigated. In addition, IPA analysis was conducted on the premise of analyzing the reliability and validity of the final 30 evaluation indicators confirmed through Delphi survey and AHP analysis. In this process, Deng(2007)'s method was applied to convert achievement metrics into natural logarithms, and then, the average value of overall satisfaction variables and partial correlation analysis values were evaluated for the night view of the water system around the city in Guilin through the modified IPA with relative importance. As a result of the analysis of the traditional IPA and the modified IPA, there was a slight difference. In particular, it was found that the index difference was large between the 1st quadrant core dominance zone and the 4th quadrant status maintenance zone. Indices mainly related to lighting art content and production, such as the creative artistry of the lighting show(C13), the quality of the interactive show(C24), and the performance of the folk festival(C28), located in the second quadrant, which is the key improvement area, are the traditional IPA and the modified As a result of the IPA analysis, the expectations and importance of tourists are high, but the actual performance and satisfaction are low.
