Abstract

Despite the start-up phase of creating a network charging infrastructure of tens of thousands of ports and stations, the prospects for interregional programs and projects to develop such infrastructure should already be considered today, as well as ways to evaluate the performance of regional programs that promote new interregional integration. The criteria for evaluating programs do not require new research; rather, they can be adapted from the published results of evaluating effective and growing regional infrastructure both in our country (in pilot regions such as Moscow) and other countries, such as China (well-known infrastructure solutions of leading megacities).
