As part of this work, a detailed analysis of the results of monitoring the management of the main managers of budget funds, judgments on the features and effectiveness of its implementation are presented, the dynamics of changes in the quality of financial management in various managers of budget funds is presented. The principles of using the system, the positive and negative sides are analyzed. Recommendations on the adaptation of the methodology are offered
