Abstract
The subject of the research is the social and labor relations of subjects of the labor process and representatives of related segments of the social and labor sphere, underlying the formation and development of the general system. The object is the carriers of these relations in the main link of the economy and other economic entities associated with it. The paper aims to analyze the content of social and labor relations and develop recommendations for adopting regulatory measures. The research methods include scientific abstraction, comparison (contrast), and logical and dialectical approaches. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the generalization of the evolution of the formation and specification of the content of social and labor relations. The results of the scientific search were updated conclusions that deepen the understanding of the essence of the studied relations, and recommendations for the formation and implementation of the corresponding policy addressed to the main link of the economy, government authorities of different levels, as well as individual educational institutions.
