Abstract

The article explores the modern processes of labor potential management. The author’s approach to measuring labor potential using the social time budget is proposed. The work presents the main trends in the labor market, the dynamics of changes in the labor potential from 2011 to 2020. It also shows the relationship of labor potential and social time with the quality of life of the population, as well as provides the analysis of the structural influence of the social time use on the characteristics of the quality of life development for the regional population. The mechanisms for assessing the quality of life development based on the study of the budget of social time are described.
