Abstract
The article examines social partnership in one of the most important areas of civil society - education. Inclusive education is an important factor in the integra-tion of disabled persons and persons with disabilities in society, and therefore, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of this process serves the task of state regu-lation. Social partnership businesses, educational institutions, NKO, educational and parent community is intended to carry out a part of the social function of the Institute of Public Administration.
