Abstract

The study results of coatings of wood materials produced using tetrafluoroethylene telomeres and synthetic water-based latexes: acrylic, styrene-acrylic and polyurethane are presented. Optimal combinations of deposited layers of polymer coatings have been established, which allow one to obtain the most qualitative surface of finished wood with low wettability, the value of which depends on a type of wood and a type of composite coating.
