Abstract

The purpose of this study is to research how the satisfaction of indoor space users can affect the layout of facilities in architectural service scape. The subjects of the study are medical facilities that are following the demands of users and trends in indoor layout better than other existing facilities. The subjects were asked about the elements of satisfaction, either individually or collectively, and based on this result, we found out what spatial design would be like to enable them to focus and collaborate on their work. Through this analysis, the importance of spatial layout of architectural service scape can be understood. This study focused on investigating the satisfaction of facility workers and desirable interior design methods in architectural service scape based on medical facility standards. In the lack of interior space design research conducted in architectural aspects, the significance of this study can be found to have proven empirically that perceived values and self-efficacy have increased total output while being compatible with architectural service scape and job satisfaction. This study has great academic implications for conducting empirical research by comprehensively reviewing and organizing existing research.
