Abstract

The article makes an attempt at an interdisciplinary analysis of the category of “economic security”, which has found ambiguous expression in the constitutions of foreign states. The experience of a comparative economic and legal study of the definition of the phenomenon under consideration is presented, a logical-epistemological and technical-legal study of the constitutions of the states of Africa and Oceania, which are characterized by a bright economic differentiation, is carried out.
