Abstract
In this scientific article, the analysis, development and application of innovative management decision support systems was carried out. Various systems were reviewed such as SAP Business Objects, IBM Cognos, Oracle Business Intelligence and ITSM 365. Each system was analyzed against a number of criteria such as data analytics capabilities, usability, performance and price. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages of each system were identified, which helped to determine their effectiveness and suitability for use in enterprises. It was found that the development and implementation of management decision support systems can face difficulties, such as the high cost of development, the need to take into account the specifics of each individual organization and business processes, as well as the complexity of implementing and training staff.
