Abstract

Методом FISH-анализа определена частота анеуплоидии по хромосомам 13, 18, 21, X и Y в сперматозоидах у фертильных мужчин с нормозооспермией и у мужчин с нарушенной фертильностью, связанной с патозооспермией. Частота анеуплоидии у мужчин с патозооспермией превосходит частоту встречаемости сперматозоидов с анеуплоидией среди мужчин с нормозооспермией в среднем в 2 раза. Статистически значимое различие между данными группами обнаружено по частоте дисомии по хромосомам 13 и 18 (p=0,03 и p=0,01, соответственно), нуллисомии по хромосомам 13 и 21 (p=0,02 и p=0,03, соответственно) и дисомии XY (p=0,01). FISH-analysis of sperm aneuploidy for chromosomes 13, 18, 21, X and Y was performed fertile normozoospermic men and infertile pathozoospermic men. The frequency of aneuploidy in pathozoospermic men twice exceeds the frequency of aneuploidy among normozoospermic men. A statistically significant difference between these groups was found the frequency of dysomies 13 and 18 (p=0.03 and p=0.01, respectively), nullisomies 13 and 21 (p=0.02 and p=0.03, respectively) and XY dysomy (p=0.01).
