Introduction. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a field of computer science aimed at creating systems to perform tasks that require intellectual abilities. Digital economy combined with AI creates new opportunities, including optimized administrative routine tasks executed by the heads of modern commercial organizations. This gives the relevance to the present research. Purpose. The purpose is to study trends in AI development for optimized routine administrative tasks, outline perspective areas for its further development. Methods. The study refers to general traditional scientific methods: deduction, analysis, systematization. Results. The author explores the trends in the development of artificial intelligence, reviews and describes the technologies and methods of its use in management. The use of AI technologies in the Russian enterprises is also looked at. Conclusions. The study reveals that the introduction of AI technologies to deal with administrative routine tasks provides an opportunity to simplify and accelerate the work of employees, and improve production efficiency. This causes many Russian companies to start using AI in their activities or further integrate it into the management process.

The relevance of the paper is due to the fact that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in education is determined by global trends in the digitalization of the learning process and the need to adapt educational systems to contemporary challenges. Foreign experience in implementing AI demonstrates significant potential for personalizing learning, automating assessment, and analyzing data on the performance of participants in the educational process. Studying successful practices from other countries can reveal effective methods for integrating innovative technologies into the learning process. The purpose of the present article is to examine the current state of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational processes of various countries around the world. The methodology of the research is based on the general scientific and special methods of cognition such us analysis, synthesis, logical method, monitoring, and the method of visualization of the research results. The conclusions. The global experience of applying artificial intelligence in education demonstrates significant potential for these technologies to personalize learning, enhance the effectiveness of the educational process, and expand opportunities for both higher education students and educators. Foreign experience shows that various countries are already actively using AI-based innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness and quality of education. At the same time, the implementation of AI in education is accompanied by certain challenges and risks that must be considered and addressed at both national and international levels. However, given the rapid growth of investments and innovations in this field, it can be expected that AI will become an integral part of the education of the future, transforming the learning process and opening new horizons for the development of human potential. The scientific novelty of the research. A comparative analysis of the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process of different countries, including China, the USA, the United Kingdom, and Japan, has been conducted. Key features of AI integration in the field of education and its impact on learning personalization, process automation, and the improvement of educational outcomes have been presented. The practical significance of the article. The research results can be used to develop strategic approaches for the implementation of artificial intelligence in Ukrainian higher education institutions. The proposed recommendations will enable educators to effectively integrate innovative technologies to enhance the quality of education and improve student learning outcomes through personalized learning and the automation of routine tasks.

The article analyzes the legal aspects of the use of combat artificial intelligence technologies, foreign experience in the use of artificial intelligence technologies in combat and counter-terrorism operations. The article is devoted to the analysis of the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in military affairs. The growing importance of combat artificial intelligence technologies has an impact on the modern geopolitical and foreign economic situation. The use of combat artificial intelligence by the armed forces of the state is becoming a key factor in ensuring the security and survival of the state. This emphasizes the need for legal regulation of the use of combat artificial intelligence technologies in modern conditions. The article examines historical and modern examples of the use of artificial intelligence in the armed forces of various countries, such as the USA, China and Russia, as well as the experience of implementing various software that allows autonomous control of combat equipment, identifying targets and making decisions without human participation. Automation and intellectualization of weapons systems are changing the nature of warfare, creating new challenges for humanity and the legal systems of various states. Significant funds are allocated for the development and implementation of combat artificial intelligence technologies by various countries of the world. Despite the rapid development of technologies, legal regulation of their use remains at a low level, which creates potential risks of legal regulation of the use of combat artificial intelligence. The article reveals the issue of the legal personality of artificial intelligence and the need to adopt special legislation to eliminate legal gaps and resolve the issue of legal liability for actions committed by artificial intelligence during military operations. In this article, the authors focus on the importance of introducing artificial intelligence technologies into various types of weapons as a factor capable of changing the outcome of military operations, and also emphasize the need to develop legal norms to manage the risks associated with the adoption of independent decisions by artificial intelligence

Limitations of the Development of Artificial Intelligence Culture: An Ethical and Philosophical Analysis

This article addresses ethical and philosophical issues related to understanding contemporary practices of young people's use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The object of this study is AI culture, interpreted as the unity of knowledge, values, and activity-based practices. The subject of this study is the limitations of the development of AI culture. The theoretical framework of the concept of "AI culture," which includes competence-based, value-based, and activity-based elements, forms the methodological boundaries of an ethical and philosophical analysis of the limitations of AI culture development. Specifically, the logic of this study is based on a consistent understanding of the dysfunctions of knowledge, values, and activity-based practices in the use of generative technologies. Considering the complexity of the dialectical process of AI culture development in the context of the new digital existence, this article analyzes the consistent transformation and accumulation of digital knowledge and AI competencies, their integration into the value-semantic framework of modern society, and their consolidation in the activity-based practices of individuals. It concludes that new ethical norms and semantic constructs are emerging, "embedded" in AI culture and objectifying modern human existence. In this context, it is substantiated that the priorities for the development of AI culture must align with humanistic values and ethical norms. Knowledge-based limitations of AI culture development include digital inequality and digital exclusion (social vulnerability caused by an individual's insufficient digital skills, competencies, and experience), as well as intergenerational digital divides, which limit the resource potential of the family institution in the process of digital knowledge reproduction. Value-based limitations to the development of AI culture are due to the narrowing of the fields for disseminating and enshrining ethical norms for the use of AI technologies, information deficits, insufficient awareness among young people about the limits of misconduct in the digital environment, demonstrated tolerance for cases of academic dishonesty, and the substitution of intellectual labor by digital assistants. Activity-based limitations are associated with dysfunctional practices in the use of AI in educational activities: the utilitarian role of generative technologies and the reduction of positive AI practices that allow for differentiated preferences in everyday, educational, and professional activities. The functional weakness of the educational institution in enshrining ethical norms and the limits of the legitimate use of AI technologies in the educational and professional activities of young people is substantiated.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is increasingly widespread in various business sectors with various applications, ranging from data analysis to decision making. However, this rapid development also raises several legal issues related to regulations in the application of AI in the business environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze legal regulations in the use of AI technology in the business environment. This research uses a normative legal research method. The data collection technique in this research uses literature study by exploring journals, books, laws and regulations and other information relevant to the research. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that legal regulations on the use of AI in the business environment in Indonesia are still inadequate, while at the international level the European Union took a big step by establishing rules on how companies use AI which became the first rules for AI in the world. The main challenge is that the legal regulations are still general in nature and do not specifically regulate various aspects of AI use in the business sphere. The use of AI technology in business has an impact on privacy, data security, and intellectual property rights that need to be considered in accordance with the applicable legal framework including Law Number 11 of 2008, Law Number 19 of 2016 and Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright.

Artificial intelligence in the field of enterprise management is a real revolutionary step. The main directions of using artificial intelligence in management processes are: analysis of large volumes of data, management decisionmaking, automation of routine tasks, strategic planning. AI data analysis capabilities make it possible to effectively use large volumes of information for decision-making. Machine learning models can predict trends in market conditions, helping businesses adapt to change. Machine learning algorithms can analyze many factors and take into account their influence on decisionmaking, which helps to avoid human errors and ensure effective management. AI can automate routine tasks, freeing up managers' time for more strategic tasks. Forecasting models can take into account a variety of factors, from economic to social, allowing companies to be more flexible and adapt to changes in the environment. However, with this comes challenges such as ethical issues, data security and risks of bias, plausibility in systems. The correct solution of these aspects requires a comprehensive approach and further research into the stages of development and introduction of artificial intelligence into management processes at the enterprise.

Artificial intelligence technologies in the field of road safety: problems and prospects

The subject of the study is the norms of law and scientific sources characterizing the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of road safety. The object of the study is social relations that determine the basis for the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of road safety. As a result of studying normative legal acts, scientific literature, the author conducts a comprehensive analysis of the directions of the introduction and development of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of road safety, identifies individual scientific problems of legislative regulation of the sphere under consideration. The methodological basis of the study was a complex of general scientific and private scientific methods of cognition (formal legal, analytical, system method, analysis, synthesis, modeling, comparison, etc.). As a result, the author concludes that it is necessary to create comfortable organizational and legal conditions that allow, on the one hand, to ensure the further progressive introduction and development of artificial intelligence in the field of traffic and ensuring its safety, and on the other hand, to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of road users from possible threats to its use. The general conclusion of the author is the statement that the active development and introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in the field under consideration is the very tool that allows for the successful implementation of strategic objectives of socio-economic development of our country. The novelty of the research consists in a comprehensive analysis of theoretical legal and organizational aspects characterizing the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of road safety, identifying individual problems of legislative regulation and prospects for the implementation of strategic objectives of socio-economic development of our country in this area.

Forest Tourism and the Use of AI Technologies Towards Clean and Safe Environments: The Cases of Turkey, Lithuania, and Morocco

The rapidly expanding use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in recent years presents significant opportunities for achieving sustainable, clean, and safe environmental objectives. This study aims to comprehensively examine the potential use of AI technologies for clean and safe environmental goals in forest tourism areas in Turkey, Lithuania, and Morocco, and to conduct comparative analyses specific to each target country. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology within a case study design. In line with purposive sampling principles, the sample was limited to a total of 72 participants from the three countries (24 from Turkey, 24 from Lithuania, and 24 from Morocco). To identify expert opinions relevant to the study objectives, semi-structured interviews were conducted across the three country samples, and the collected data were processed and analyzed using NVivo 14 software. The data were transformed into findings through descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results indicate that AI technologies are employed in forest tourism areas for diverse purposes and objectives related to clean and safe environmental management. In Turkey, AI applications are primarily directed toward proactive measures addressing pressing environmental issues, such as forest fires. In Lithuania, as an EU member state, AI technologies are utilized in a more strategic, institutional, and comprehensive manner across multiple areas and objectives. In contrast, Morocco appears to lag in AI adoption, focusing on international collaborations to enhance digital infrastructure and facilitate technology transfer.

The purpose of this article is to determine the prospects for using artificial intelligence technologies to improve management efficiency in general and assess the prospects for its use to solve problems of operational and strategic management. Currently, two paradigms have emerged that explore the prospects for using artificial intelligence in organizational research: a paradigm that considers artificial intelligence as a set of meta-algorithms capable of finding algorithms for solving specific problems of corporate governance, and a paradigm that considers artificial intelligence as a means of optimizing the behavior of people in an organization. The key area of application of artificial intelligence in management is the process of making management decisions at the level of the board of directors. The possibilities of artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of management decision-making are identified and determined. Among them are: ensuring the required volume and variety of information with less resource consumption, rapid analysis of large amounts of data, development of reliable scenarios for the consequences of decisions, impartiality of decisions, and others. Artificial intelligence technologies are already a useful tool for increasing the efficiency of management decision-making. The difficulties and problems standing in the way of the widespread use of artificial intelligence technologies are analyzed. The use of artificial intelligence in management is limited by a number of ethical problems related to responsibility for the consequences of decisions made, the low level of legal support for its use and specific risks, the methodology for working with which requires further development. The purpose of the study. The purpose of this study is to identify the main stages of artificial intelligence development, its classification and analysis of examples of artificial intelligence application for effective enterprise management. The main objective of the study is a comprehensive approach to the study of artificial intelligence, which includes practical application in the context of enterprise management. This will create a methodological basis for optimizing management processes using AI, seeking to integrate modern technologies into their system. The object of the study. The object of the study is the analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on the management methods of modern enterprises in the context of digitalization and global competition. The relevance of this topic is obvious, since the effectiveness of machine learning and big data processing technologies helps in making management decisions, since in a competitive environment there is a need to improve business processes. Research methods: The research methodology is based on the following methods: comparison method, analytical method, method of studying information materials, tabular method. The main hypothesis of the follow-up. The author's hypothesis of the study is to systematize the stages of development of artificial intelligence, as well as analyze the possibilities of its application in enterprise management using specific examples, to identify both positive and negative key factors that contribute to improving management efficiency. Present of the main material. The increasing complexity of problems and the ever-increasing volume of information and knowledge that decision makers in organizations must master highlight the need for a decision support system based on advanced and modern technologies. An intelligent decision support system that makes extensive use of artificial intelligence techniques to support decision makers based on machine learning takes into account large volumes of data using artificial intelligence. Deep learning solutions enable machines to solve complex problems even when using highly diverse, unstructured and interconnected data sets. Major advances in computing and technology, coupled with society’s trust in machine learning, have laid the foundation for using huge amounts of data to improve productivity and sustainability. The implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) as a means of improvement has been tried in several sectors over the past decade. However, it has only recently become clear that AI can be used to improve the decision-making process. In particular, the implementation of AI technologies can enable managers to make more effective decisions that improve production efficiency. Conclusions and prospects for further research. Overall, artificial intelligence can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an enterprise management system. It allows you to automate routine tasks, make more informed decisions based on data, predict future events and trends, and improve customer service. The conducted research shows that modern enterprises and businesses widely use the capabilities of artificial intelligence, but despite significant advances in technology development, there is a need for more research on the possibility of integrating AI. The examples of successful application of technologies identified in the study serve as a basis for further research and practical recommendations..

Methods for assessing the efficiency of application of digital technologies in the public administration system

In modern conditions digital technologies are actively developed and used all over the world. The accelerated development of digital technologies over the past years suggests paying attention to the problems of introducing artificial intelligence technologies, infocommunication technologies into the system of state and municipal administration in Russia. The introduction and use of artificial intelligence and infocommunication technologies in the state public administration system requires a systematic assessment and methodological substantiation of its parameters. In this regard, at present, one of the urgent problems of the development of the system of state and municipal administration is the problem of determining the effectiveness of the use of digital technologies in the system of state and municipal administration. The purpose of the research is to consider various methods for assessing the effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies in the public administration system and to develop a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence technologies in the activities of state authorities. To achieve the goal, the tasks of justifying the need to assess the effectiveness of the use of digital technologies in the public administration system are solved, systems of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the use of digital technologies by state authorities are considered. The methodological basis of the research is a systemic, empirical approach. The works of domestic and foreign authors in the field of artificial intelligence and introduction of information and communication technologies into the public administration system are the theoretical and methodological basis of the research. The result of the research is a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the public administration system. The proposed approach to assessing the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence technologies in the public administration system makes it possible to characterize the process of using artificial intelligence technologies in the public administration system in the present and future periods, and to identify the most significant directions for increasing the efficiency of using artificial intelligence technologies in the activities of state authorities.

The relevance of the problem under consideration lies in the fact that at present, the successful integration of artificial intelligence technology into judicial activities requires the joint efforts of experts in the information and communication field, lawyers, specialists in the application of moral and ethical norms and society as a whole, which underlines the special importance of research in this area in the field of jurisprudence. The purpose of the study is to consider the moral, ethical and legal aspects of the possibility of using artificial intelligence in the administration of justice. Such general scientific methods as the analysis of special literature and regulatory legal acts on the research problem, the method of modeling and system structuring are used. In the context of the progressive digitalization of the legal sphere, a number of fundamental questions arise regarding the prospects for the preservation and functioning of the moral and ethical component and subjective evaluation criteria in the framework of legal proceedings. A comprehensive all-encompassing analysis of the effectiveness, safety, transparency of the legal and moral and ethical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence technology in the administration of justice has been carried out. The elements of electronic justice that take place in Russian courts, as well as international experience in the use of artificial intelligence technology, are analyzed. The prospects and risks of using artificial intelligence technology in law are studied. The use of artificial intelligence technology in legal proceedings can lead to profound changes in the legal system, which will require a thorough analysis and, possibly, revision of legal norms, taking into account new technologies and the need to preserve the basic guarantees of justice. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of further systematization of research to identify the problems of using artificial intelligence in the field of justice and the regulation of legal aspects of the use of technology in the legal field.

Investigating High School Students’ Attitudes Toward the Use of AI in Education: Evidence from Cambodia

Recently, there has been a plethora of studies about students’ attitudes toward the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in education, particularly in higher education and language education; however, research on AI use in high school settings has gained relatively little attention, leaving a huge research gap in the literature. This study seeks to address this research gap by examining high school students’ attitudes toward using AI-powered tools in education in Cambodia. Utilizing evidence from an online survey with 315 students (female = 62.50%), the study showed that Cambodian high school students expressed generally favorable attitudes toward utilizing AI-powered tools in education, particularly pertaining to the use of AI to aid in completing school work. However, the study identified key concerns about data privacy and security issues, the risk of becoming over-dependent on AI, and limited originality about students’ work. It was also found that students tended to be less concerned with the potential reduction in their critical thinking and creativity skills, and the possibility of receiving false or incorrect responses from AI. Key opportunities of using AI in education were also identified, including the potential to assist students in learning languages and help them summarize texts, translate languages, and/or brainstorm ideas. The study underscored the significance of developing students’ AI literacy through training and awareness raising programs, and the importance of formulating comprehensive AI policies to promote the ethical and effective use of AI technologies in high school settings. The study concluded with some limitations and directions for future studies.

The article discusses the essence and features of modern Internet marketing based on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The article examines how AI can help online marketers collect and analyze consumer data, segment and personalize audiences, create and distribute effective content, optimize and automate advertising campaigns, and measure and improve marketing results. The article also analyzes the latest trends in the use of AI technologies by Ukrainian and foreign companies and identifies their advantages.The investigation identified effective AI tools in online marketing, such as chatbots, recommender systems, text generators, sentiment analysers, face and speech recognition systems, etc. The article presents a comparison of AI tools in online marketing of Ukrainian and foreign companies. Foreign companies use modern products that have no analogues in Ukraine. This is due to the popularity of the trend of using AI technologies in foreign companies. In Ukraine, this trend is developing and we can see it in the use of chatbots and CRM systems. They have been implemented by such companies as PrivatBank and Promodo. Despite this, the development of foreign companies is progressive. Previously, only large corporations could afford to use AI technologies, but now young startups are catching up with the trend. AI combined with human capabilities can actually turn business into a universal tool for profit. However, this path is not without obstacles, so the article highlights the challenges of AI that may affect the economic, legal, ethical, and social spheres of life. Scenarios for preventing possible problems allow for the effective use of AI's potential. The article suggests measures that should help society adapt to changes in the socio-economic environment associated with the displacement of humans by AI. It is important to understand the advantages and disadvantages of modern online marketing tools to ensure effective solutions to business problems.

With the rapid advancement of technology and the growing influence of artificial intelligence (AI), professionals across various fields, including journalists worldwide, are actively exploring AI’s potential. They are discussing its applications, quality standards, and the ethical issues it raises. AI significantly accelerates journalistic work, especially in tasks like analyzing public data and documents, fact-checking, transcribing audio files, translating, editing videos, and converting text to audio. There are even instances of news, articles, and videos being entirely generated by AI. This raises questions: Can AI replace journalists in the future? Can AI be trusted? How can AI technologies assist journalists? What will journalism look like in the future with the development of AI? The main objective of the study is to provide an overview of the use of AI technologies in modern journalism, analyzing their main advantages and disadvantages and addressing the ethical dilemmas that arise. The study’s source base includes scientific publications on AI’s impact on journalism, particularly from the last two years, using data from Web of Science, Scopus, Dimensions, and additional research from domestic scholars found on Google Scholar. The review also covers the most influential monographs, analytical reports, and dissertations on this topic. Methodology. The research employs a combination of bibliometric approaches and content analysis to provide a comprehensive conceptual and structural overview of the issues, understanding trends, and the impact of relevant research. Results and conclusions. The integration of journalism and AI technologies presents both challenges and new opportunities. AI enhances journalists’ capabilities, saving time, freeing them from routine tasks, and increasing the efficiency of media content creation. However, in the era of AI and social media, it is crucial to maintain the public’s right to reliable and timely information. The field of responsible journalism must uphold this standard. Producing high-quality content with AI’s assistance requires clear technical guidelines and human oversight. Mastering AI technologies and using them responsibly is an essential task for journalists today. Significance of the study in the generalization of research and journalistic practices in the field of application of AI in journalism, the main directions and interrelationships of such application are revealed, new valuable evidence is obtained.

The modern world is changing rapidly. The society is already at the stage of its development when information has become an important strategic and managerial resource. Socio-economic transformations and advances in digital science and technology inevitably require radical changes in the organization and management processes of public authorities. The work is dedicated to a topic that is currently relevant, has not been sufficiently studied and requires further research-the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and Big Data technologies in the activities of law enforcement agencies. The article presents some of the main areas of application of automated intelligent processes in investigative, operational and investigative activities, in the field of public order protection and public safety, and in penitentiary institutions. Possible ways to improve the use of AI and Big Data technologies in law enforcement agencies are presented, and tasks aimed at solving “problem areas” of their application are formulated.
