Abstract
The article covers issues of administrative liability for violation of parking rules in accordance with the legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, examines the legislative framework in this area, as well as specific measures of administrative liability applied to offenders. Federal and regional legislation on administrative offenses is analyzed. Recommendations are offered for the implementation of the legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses.
