Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the processes of ensuring food security based on the redomiciliation of exchange transactions for trading grain crops produced in the Russian Federation. World exchange prices for food wheat and cocoa beans are analyzed. The possibilities of neutralizing threats to agricultural producers and consumers of agricultural products based on the development of domestic exchange trade in grain crops have been identified. Possibilities for integration within the BRICS framework have been identified for the implementation of a joint project of an international food exchange
